Why are your prices so low?

• We have reimagined the traditional direct-to-consumer model in order to minimize waste and cost. We source jewelry direct from makers and use no middlemen. We also endeavor to minimize packaging and corporate overheads while not compromising on quality or customer experience.

Do you have a store that I can visit?

• Our business model was designed to minimize waste and overheads in order to bring you amazing quality products at an accessible price point. Stores are a large and costly endeavor which would ultimately impede that quest. We are easy to get ahold of should you need anything can contact us Via email or Phone provided on our website.

How long does it take to receive my purchase?

• Shipping to you, our customer, takes anywhere from 7-14 days after item is purchased. Most of our customers receive their items within 10 days. Please reach out to us at anytime during the shipping process using the "contact us" form on our top menu bar. 

Does Stacked Gold source ethically made jewelry?

• Yes, we do this by partnering with trusted jewelry manufactures both inside the U.S and outside who have been doing business for many years with a good record of ethically sourced material.
